The process involves two main components – the wooden part and the bottle body. The wooden part is simply an injection moulded black plastic button. The production of the wooden part involves injection moulding of black plastic into the wooden shaped mould.

The bottle body production is more complex. It starts with pre-treatment of the bottle blank to ensure proper adhesion of subsequent coatings. Then a matte semi-transparent gradient green paint is applied to the bottle body through spraying. The gradient green colour fades from a dark green colour at the bottom to a light green colour at the top. This gradient color coating gives the bottle an attractive eye-catching look.

After the gradient green coating has dried, a silk screen print with black ink is applied to the bottle body. Silk screen printing is done by pressing the black ink through a patterned screen onto the bottle surface. The patterned screen only allows the ink to pass through certain areas to form the desired design or logo. Once the black printing ink has dried, any excess ink is removed through a wiping process.

Next, a protective coating is applied over the printed design to ensure the inks remain intact and do not fade over time. This protective top coat finish coating is usually applied through spraying. Finally, the bottle undergoes a quality inspection to ensure there are no defects or blemishes in the paint or printing finish before being released for assembly. The wooden button is then securely attached to the bottle body, possibly through an adhesive, to complete the production of the component.
