The first step involves injection molding the plastic parts of the dropper assembly, including the inner lining, outer sleeve and button, in blue to match the bottle color. Injection molding allows for consistent, precision replication of parts in high volumes and with complex shapes. The durable ABS plastic material is selected for its strength and rigidity.

Next, the glass bottle is spray painted with a matte semi-transparent blue finish. Spray painting is an efficient method to coat the entire outer surface of the glass bottle with color in a single step. The matte finish helps soften the intensity of the blue color and gives it a subtle sheen. The semi-transparent effect allows some of the natural transparency of the glass to still show through.

Then, single color silkscreen printing is applied to add a complementary accent color. A black design or textual logo has been silkscreen printed directly onto the semi-transparent blue bottle. Silkscreen printing uses a stencil to deposit thick ink evenly onto curved surfaces like glass. The contrast of the dark black ink against the light blue bottle helps make the graphics or text easily visible.

The dropper features ABS plastic components including an outer sleeve, inner lining and button to provide durability and rigidity. The lining is made offood grade PP to ensure product safety and compatibility. An NBR cap seals the top of the dropper button to allow it to be pressed. A 7mm borosilicate glass drop tube is fitted to the bottom of the lining for product delivery.

Pressing the NBR cap compresses the inner lining slightly, releasing a precise amount of liquid from the drop tube. Releasing the cap immediately stops the flow, preventing waste. Borosilicate glass is chosen for its resistance to temperature changes that could otherwise crack or deform conventional glass.

The triangular profile and angled lines give the bottle a modern, geometric aesthetic that stands out from traditional cylindrical or oval bottle shapes. The 30ml capacity offers an option for smaller quantity purchases while the press-type dropper provides accurate dosage control for each application of essences, oils and other liquid products.
