The process involves two main components: the cap and the bottle body. The cap, which is aluminium alloy,will be anodized to produce a silver color. The bottle body will undergo two color applications, first a green base coat and then silkscreen printing.

The first step is to prepare the cap component, made of anodized aluminium alloy. The cap parts will be thoroughly cleaned to remove any oil, grease or other contaminants. Then they will be anodized using a sulfuric acid solution to produce a thin oxide layer on the aluminium surface. This anodizing process will give the cap a uniform silver color. The caps will then be rinsed and dried after anodizing.

Next, the bottle bodies will be prepared. They will first be thoroughly cleaned to remove any mold release agents and other contaminants. Then a green base coat paint will be spray applied to the exterior of the bottle bodies. The paint will be selected to provide an attractive, uniform and durable green exterior finish on the bottles.

After the green base coat has dried, a white silkscreen print will be applied to the bottles. The silkscreen stencil pattern will have been designed based on the desired printing on the bottle exterior. The white pigmented ink will be applied through the stencil to selectively deposit the printing where desired. Once the ink has dried, the stencil will be removed.

Finally, the finished cap components and bottle bodies will undergo quality inspections to ensure the colors and print have been applied according to specifications. Any defective parts will be reworked or discarded. The conforming cap components and bottles will then be packed and shipped for final assembly into the finished product.
