This production process involves two main components: the cap and the bottle body.

For the cap, which is made of aluminium alloy, the parts will be anodized to produce a white color. The caps will undergo a multi-step anodizing process using a chromic acid solution. This produces a thin, hard oxide layer that provides durability and the white color. The caps will then be rinsed and dried.

For the bottle bodies, they will first be thoroughly cleaned to ensure a smooth surface for painting. Then a white glossy base coat will be spray applied to provide an attractive white exterior. The paint will be selected to achieve the required gloss level, opacity and hiding power.

After the base coat has cured, a two-color silkscreen print will be applied to the bottles. First, a red ink will be silkscreen printed to create the desired pattern. The ink will be selectively deposited through a stencil. Once the red ink has dried, a 80% black ink will then be printed over the red areas using the same stencil pattern. This will create a two-tone red and black print on the white bottle bodies.

Once the inks have fully cured, the stencil will be removed and the finished cap components and bottle bodies will undergo quality inspections. Any defective parts will be reworked or discarded. The conforming cap components and bottles will then be labeled, packed and shipped for final assembly.

The end result will be eye-catching bottles featuring a sleek minimalist shape enhanced by the striking red and black print on the high gloss white exterior and matching white caps, creating a cohesive and premium aesthetic that will help elevate the brand image for the products contained within.
