This craft involves two main processes for producing the different parts shown in the figure. Firstly, the accessories, including the cover, cap and base, are made through injection molding in black color to match the overall style. Injection molding is a highly efficient manufacturing method suitable for mass production of plastic parts with complex geometries and tight tolerances.

Secondly, the bottle body undergoes a more sophisticated finishing process involving different techniques. The surface is first coated with an translucent metallic orange paint through spraying to create an eye-catching glossy and gradient effect. Spray painting is an effective and economical technique to uniformly cover complex 3D surfaces with a thin and even paint film.

Then, a one-colour silkscreen printing in white color is applied on the bottle body. Silk screen printing, also known as serigraphy, is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in those areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. This leaves a smooth and well-defined printed layer on the bottle’s orange surface, further enhancing its aesthetic appeal and visual impact.
