This process consists of multiple stages to produce the final product. The first stage involves injection molding of the white plastic parts shown on the left side. These include various clips,caps and connectors made out of molded plastic likely made from polypropylene or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin. The molding process creates the complex parts with precision and repeatability in high volume.

The second stage focuses on finishing the glass bottle. The bottle is first coated with a layer of glossy translucent yellow paint using spray painting techniques to produce an even finish. Then, the gold-colored areas are applied using a metallic gold paint applied through silk screen printing. The silk screen printing allows the gold color to be selectively applied only to the desired areas on the bottle – on the shoulder, rim and base.

After painting and decorating the glass bottle, the plastic parts and glass bottle undergo an assembly stage where the plastic parts are snap-fit or inserted into their final positions.
